BE.Transparent Sunshine Act
What companies need to do to be compliant with the sunshine act ?
The obligation of transparency imposes pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, both Belgian and foreign, to document and annually publicise the premiums and benefits that they grant directly or indirectly to healthcare professionals, healthcare organisations or patient organisations ("beneficiaries").
